Our latest logistical challenge was to coordinate launching a new boat, receiving a new hull, and receiving a boat for refurbishment, all on the same day. The date was set for 20th October, and all parties concerned did a great job so that everything went like clockwork.
Massive thanks to our team for completing “Sundance” with time to spare; to Tim Tyler for completing the latest hull on time; to Barry Tuckey and crew for their amazing proficiency as ever; to Richard and Kevin Dempster for providing the transport at a difficult time, and to Droitwich Marina for helping with the launch. We now have a brand new hull in the workshop plus one of our earlier boats from 2018, “Th1rt3en”, which has come back to us for a new paint job and some internal modifications – more about this later!
