Our most recent boat launch / hull arrival day was eagerly awaited by the owners of “Th1rt3en”, Paul & Elaine, who couldn’t wait to see the transformation of their boat after its extensive refit – they weren’t disappointed and were very happy with their “new” boat! The day was tinged with sadness as we took delivery of the last ever hull from Alexander Boats. Jim has been building amazing boats for nearly half a century, but has finally decided that the time has come to step back from boat building. We are privileged to be fitting out his final hull, which is an absolute beauty and will be called “Electric Dragon”
A really big thank-you to Jim and Craig for all their hard work building the latest hull – and all the previous hulls for us – it is a big loss to the industry to lose such a highly skilled and experienced boat builder, but we wish Jim and Craig all the very best for their respective futures.
