We have been blown away with the attention to detail during each stage of our narrowboat build. Caroline listened to our design wishes with empathy (including our wish for a Japanese deep soaking tub), carefully talking us through the impracticalities of some of our wilder ideas. The automation software is technically brilliant. Ortomarine has considered every possible scenario, and the user interface is sophisticated, yet easy to use. The automation processes enable us to manage the system remotely; we can turn on the cockpit lights and start the central heating as we approach the boat on dark evenings.
