Launched on Friday 24th October 2025 at Willowbridge Marina, Albatross is a 58’ 6” semi-trad narrowboat built on a Jonathan Wilson shell and is the 12th parallel hybrid narrowboat to join our flock!
With the relaunch of Arthur Owl in March, then the launch of Jenny Wren in June, and now the launch of Albatross, it’s been quite the year for our feathered fleet!
My wife and I are West Coast Yanks with a commitment to having a new electric narrowboat built in the UK. This is where you could be of help.We are at the beginning of our quest and have many needs to satisfy such as obtaining insurance,moorage and a boat. We have the means to fund such an endeavor but at 77 and 73 years we may have limited time. We could be ok in taking delivery in a year and a half but much beyond that we could consider buying used.
